Elmira City School District and neighboring districts are working with the Chemung County Health Department to offer voluntary COVID vaccination clinics for anyone age 12 and older. In Elmira, the clinics are Monday, August 2 at Elmira High School Auditorium from 9-11am, and Tuesday, August 3 at Ernie Davis Academy Community Room from 1-3pm.

Please note that the vaccination is not required. The districts are working with the Health Department to assist those who wish to be vaccinated or have their children vaccinated before the start of school in September. The vaccination is voluntary and not required.

The vaccine offered at these clinics is the Pfizer vaccine. A second dose clinic will be held 21 days after the initial clinics. Note that pre-registration for the clinics is recommended but not required. Walk-ins will be welcome. Anyone age 12 or older may attend the clinics.
