Dear ECSD Faculty & Staff,
January often brings a quieter rhythm after the holidays. Our monthly theme, Together Feels Better, reflects a simple truth: our well-being is strengthened through connection, gratitude, and shared experience.
This month’s Wellness Newsletter includes:
🎉 Register Today - The 2026 Good Life Challenge: The Good Life Challenge kicks off January 26 through February 4, 2026. This year, we’re excited to introduce a new partnership with CookUnity, alongside our continued collaboration with Junebar. Check the newsletter for info on discounted meals, accountability support, a kick-off event, weekly communications, and optional virtual group nutrition sessions. Registration is now open.
🧠 Micro-Action of the Month - Together Feels Better: Once or twice each week, reach out to one colleague or friend for a meaningful moment of connection. The goal is not productivity or networking, just connection. Even brief check-ins, shared breaks, or words of appreciation can have a meaningful impact on well-being, motivation, and belonging.
🧩 Meet the Minimums BINGO: Meet the Minimums Bingo Board is designed to take the pressure off by defining what’s enough for movement, nutrition, and mental well-being. It supports confidence, consistency, and momentum through small, repeatable habits that fit real life.
💙 National Thank You Month: In recognition of National Thank You Month, we’re highlighting the 52 Weeks of Gratitude cards. This simple resource encourages regular, manageable moments of appreciation that help gratitude become part of everyday culture, not just a seasonal focus.
