Enrollment packets and instructions are available on our website by
visiting the Student Services section (click here).
Enrollment packets may also be picked up at any ECSD school. Completed packets with all required documents can be dropped off at 430 W. Washington Avenue during regular business hours or in the silver mailbox to the left of the main entrance after hours. Enrollment assistance is available at ECSD Admin building Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Parents are always welcome to drop off packets including proof of residency, parent picture ID and birth certificate. Parents enrolling their children who arrive at Washington who need to fill out paperwork will be escorted to the gym on Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. Prior to escorting them, reception will notify attending person for that time frame.
Parents will complete paperwork with someone on hand to answer questions as needed. Masks are required to enter the Elmira City School District Administration building and social distancing must always be maintained.
