Voting will be by absentee ballot and qualified voters will cast their absentee ballots on Propositions (proposition details on page 4). Absentee ballots will be mailed to every qualified voter in the Elmira City School District. Absentee ballots must be received back to the District no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2020.
