"On any given day, Barb is faced with many transportation challenges and last minute changes to accommodate our students. "I want to give a shout out to Tina Jones and Morgan Insogna in the Beecher main office. They always greet me with a smile and a friendly hello. They are always willing to answer any questions I may have about teacher schedules, finding a place to work when I am in the building, letting me know a teacher’s classroom number, offer to make copies if I need something, etc. They are two great women who I respect for their efficiency in the office and willingness to always help!"

"Mark is welcome to feedback and isn't afraid to try new things to meet the needs of his students. He involves his students in his instructional decisions by asking them how he is doing. He asks them what is going well, what he needs to know about them, and what can be done to improve their learning. He took a risk by asking his students for their feedback and their honesty and candor is helping him make decisions to meet their cognitive, social, and behavioral needs!"
