The Elmira City School District Athletic Hall of Fame committee has announced the Fall 2023 Inductees.
The following athletes will be inducted into the Elmira Athletics HOF during a ceremony at halftime of our Express Football game vs. Liverpool on Friday September 8, 2023.
EHS Athletes:
Sierra Barr (2015)
Matthew Burge (2016)
Roman Wild (2014)
EFA Athletes:
Derrick Beckworth (2004)
Southside Athletes:
Erikka (Rosplock) Sansom (2008)
The ECSD Athletic Hall of Fame was established to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of outstanding athletes. Through recognition, those individuals and their families will be reconnected with the Elmira City School District and provide current students and athletes with an understanding and appreciation for the positive role models in the tradition of Elmira athletes.
Requirements
• Nominees must be out of high school for 5+ years
• Must have participated in at least 2 years as a varsity athlete
• Must be a graduate of the Elmira City School District
